Terms of Use

The following rules form an agreement between casinowinbig.com and its clients. By registering with casinowinbig.com you declare your full understanding and acceptance of these rules.

1. General

Terms & Conditions ver 4.7

1.1. The licensee is Shark77 Limited, a company registered in Malta and having its registered address at Vault 14, Level 2, Valletta Waterfront, Floriana, FRN 1914, Malta. Shark77 Limited holds a B2C remote gaming license, MGA/B2C/409/2017, issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (the ‘MGA’) on the 1st August 2018. The MGA is the designated regulatory body for the Maltese gaming industry. 

Additionally, all financial transactions between casinowinbig.com and its clients are handled by Shark77 Limited. 

1.2. The following rules form an agreement between Shark77 Limited and its clients. By registering with Shark77 Limited you declare your full understanding and acceptance of these rules.

1.3. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that his/her gameplay is legal in his/her country of residence, and to therefore be in full compliance with all applicable national laws before registering with Shark77 Limited. The licensee accepts no responsibility for any customers' breach of the mentioned laws.

1.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in line with the laws of Malta. Any proceedings will be brought exclusively before the Maltese Law Courts. 

1.5. These terms and conditions may be translated into various languages. The same principles will be reflected, regardless of the language used. In case of any discrepancy between the interpretations of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the interpretation of the English language version shall prevail.

1.6. Players will be informed in advance of any planned changes to these terms and conditions. The players will only be allowed to continue playing on our website, once they accept the newly amended terms and conditions. Players will still be allowed to withdraw their real money funds if they decide not to accept the amended Terms & Conditions.

1.7. Players cannot deposit money from ill-gotten means as this is prohibited by law. Each transaction is in fact-checked so as to prevent money laundering. Shark77 Limited will report any criminal or suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, without prior warning to the player. 

2. Bets & Offers

2.1. Shark77 Limited accepts bets made online via its website. Bets are not accepted in any other form (e-mail, fax, etc.).

2.2. All bets will be processed once the bet has been placed and the acceptance confirmed.

2.3. Shark77 Limited reserves the right to offer on certain bet types lower odds than on single bets.

2.4. Clients cannot cancel or change a bet once it has been placed and confirmed.

2.5. Winnings will be immediately credited to clients' accounts following confirmation of the final result.

2.6. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised start time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after the advertised start time, the match/bet will be treated as a 'non-runner', and therefore considered void.

2.7. A bet may be voided/canceled due to the fact that an event mentioned in the exceptional circumstances section (section 4) has taken place. In that case, the winnings shall be forfeited, while the original wager amount will be returned to the player’s account. 

2.8. Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other. If such bets are mistakenly accepted, these will be canceled, and the wager placed returned to the player’s account.

2.9. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number/email (example debit or credit card, Skrill etc.), and shared computer (example school, public library, or workplace). We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers.

3. Player Registration & Deregistration Process
3.1. Shark77 Limited does not accept customers from  Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Hong Kong, Cyprus, Netherlands, Australia, Israel, Great Britain, United States, Lithuania, Slovenia and Belgium.
3.2. In order to be able to register, the prospective player will be required to provide Shark77 Limited with the following KYC details when filling in the application for registration:

•  The player’s address 
•  The player’s email address. 
We securely store the personal data which you have provided us with. On the other hand, you should ensure that your username and password do not become easily accessible by third parties, as any transactions carried out via your account will remain your responsibility, whether you have given authorisation for such actions or not. If you suspect that your username or password has been obtained by others without you having given prior approval, you should immediately change your password in order to avoid further unauthorised actions.  
3.3. Once submitting the registration, an automated email containing an activation link will be sent to the email address provided by the player in his/her application. The player’s account will only become active once s/he clicks on the activation link and consequently successfully validates his/her email address. It is only once the email verification process has taken place that the player will be allowed to deposit funds and play on our website.   
3.4. The clients take full responsibility for ensuring their contact information, payment details, and account information are kept up-to-date.  
3.5. Clients must be at least 18 years of age or any other older age as may be applicable in the player’s country of residence in order to register and place bets. Shark77 Limited reserves the right to ask for proof of age and to suspend the player’s account until satisfactory documentation is provided. 
3.6. Shark77 Limited has the right to request the player to provide it with personal identification documents, in order to verify the player’s identity at any stage of their activity. Any documents provided will be kept by the licensee for at least five years from the Shark77 Limited account closure. Shark77 Limited strictly prohibits the following individuals from opening an account with us and our brands and performing any gaming activity on our websites: professional or amateur athletes, sports managers, coaches, team owners, team employees, referees, or league officials. This restriction applies to all members of their families and relatives, including a partner, parent, spouse, children, siblings, etc.
3.7. Shark77 Limited reserves the right to refuse or close a player’s registration at its own discretion. In any case, however, contractual obligations already made will be honoured.  
3.8. The player’s account must be registered in his/her own, personal and correct, name and personal details. The individual has to ensure that all data given at the registration stage is true, complete, and free from error. Registration is allowed only once per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, site cookies, IP address, and shared computer, i.e. Public Library or workplace and cannot share any of the aforementioned with a previously registered account. This therefore also means that the player has to register personally. Furthermore, a player can only have one account. Any other accounts which a player opens with Shark77 Limited, or which are beneficially owned by the player shall be considered as duplicate accounts. We shall close any duplicate account/s consequent to the identification of the main account. If we close a duplicate account, deposits will be refunded, and all bonuses, free bets, and winnings acquired using that duplicate account will be void and forfeited. If the amount in the duplicate account does not cover the amount to be refunded to us, we shall seek to recover the loss incurred directly from any other of your accounts.  
3.8.1 A duplicate account is considered as such in any case where the account IP address, Personal details, payment account number, site cookies matches with an already existing account with the company 
3.9. Shark77 Limited does not accept any player collusion and adopts the necessary measures so as to be able to identify such prohibited practise. The use of any third-party software (often referred to as robots or bots) to perform any function within the sportsbook and/ or the casino is strictly prohibited, and if detected will result in the forfeiture of any accumulated winnings and the immediate closure of the player's account. Such types of software include but are not restricted to automated software being used to access the services Shark77 Limited offers, place bets for the player or make gaming decisions for the player. Shark77 Limited retains the right to take reasonable measures to reclaim invalid winnings in cases where historical instances of bot use are detected after cash-outs have been paid.  
3.10. Players are prohibited from selling, transferring, and/or acquiring accounts from other players.  
3.11. Players are also not allowed to transfer funds from their account to another player’s account.  
3.12. A player may wish to close his/her account. In that case, a request must be sent from the individual’s registered email address to [email protected] The account will be closed once the individual provides his/her confirmation. Please allow us up to 24 hours to reply to your emails and to process your request. 
3.13. An account which has been closed can be reopened at any time by means of a request sent to the Customer Support Department email address, that is [email protected] 
4. Exceptional Circumstances

4.1. Shark77 Limited reserves the right to limit, refuse, cancel, change any bet or part of a bet before the game starts without providing any justification.

4.2. The licensee reserves the right to terminate and remove games from its website as it deems fit.

4.3. When an event is cancelled, all related bets will be cancelled automatically, and any wagers placed, will also be automatically refunded to the player’s account.

4.4. Shark77 Limited will not be responsible for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to have resulted from or which have been caused by the website or its content including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failure, server disruption or lagging, downtime, any person's misuse of the site or its content, or any errors or omissions in content. Shark77 Limited will also not be liable for any system errors in gaming software, pay tables, random number generation system, bet settlement or any other elements of Shark77 Limited’s product/s. Lastly, Shark77 Limited does not take any responsibility for typing, human or palpable errors, which can lead to obvious price errors. In any of the instances above mentioned, bets will be deemed void. These will be cancelled and wagered amount returned to the player’s account.

4.5. Though we strive to ensure that no technical hitches take place, a failure in the system may still result, and your game will miscarry/abort. In that event, we shall refund the amount you initially wagered to your account. Furthermore, we will either resume the game at the point in time immediately before interpretation took place or, if this is not possible, terminate the game.

4.6. Although every effort is made to ensure that information displayed on site with regards to an event is correct, it is to be used as a guide only. In the event of any particular information (score, time of game, etc.) being incorrect we assume no liability for this. Please refer to our Game Rules found on our website so as to be able to understand how we settle individual markets.

4.7. Shark77 Limited reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of people acting in an attempt to defraud the website. If there is any evidence of a series of bets, each containing the same selection which had been placed by or for the same individual or group of individuals, Shark77 Limited reserves the right to make such bets void and suspend the accounts. This rule applies to both settled and unsettled bets.

4.8. Shark77 Limited reserves the right to void any bet that may have been accepted in error when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. The licensee may also act in such a manner if an account has insufficient funds as a result of a deposit which had been cancelled by the payment processing party. 

4.9. Should funds be credited to a client's account by mistake, it is the client's responsibility to notify the licensee of the error once s/he becomes aware of such mistake. If, on the other hand, it is Shark77 Limited which becomes aware of this mistake, it will deduct the amount from the client’s account. There is no need for Shark77 Limited to first notify the player. Any winnings subsequent to the error shall be deemed invalid and returned to the licensee.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1. Any deposits are specifically to be used on our website. Any deposited amount will need to be wagered at least five times before the player is allowed to withdraw the funds.

5.2. The minimum accepted deposit is € 10.

5.3. Shark77 Limited has entered into an agreement with a number of payment service providers and financial institutions (as per the below table) so that the latter are able to receive deposits and process withdrawals on its behalf. 5.4. Players shall not treat Shark77 Limited as a financial institution, nor expect interest on their deposits. 

5.5. Withdrawals will be processed only to open accounts. Furthermore, withdrawals will only be processed to the same account from where the funds paid into the player’s account originated.

5.7. Withdrawals are allowed only in cases where the customer uses the same payment method, he used to previously perform a deposit, with exceptions, where this is specifically disallowed. 

5.8. A customer can at any time withdraw money from his account using a bank transfer. It is the customer's responsibility to check the fee rate which is charged by his bank.

5.9. A customer can withdraw up to € 5,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) from his/her account per week. In any case, however, the player’s identity will be verified once the player has deposited a cumulative amount of € 2,000, on a 180-day rolling period, or whenever the licensee deems it necessary.

5.9.1 Maximum winning amount per ticket (including repetitive tickets) is 30 000 €.

5.9.2 For customers from Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Hungary the rollover requirement for each of their deposits is one time (1x).

5.10. Multiple withdrawals performed within a 30-day time frame will be charged with a fee of a minimum of 3% of the withdrawal amount to cover administrative costs.

5.11. Shark77 Limited reserves the right to charge withdrawals with fees to cover administrative costs, in case the deposit amount is not rolled over at least 5 times. Sports wagers (including Virtual Sports) placed on odds less than 1.5, casino wagers with minimum/no risk, Cash-out bets, Tie (Draw), Cancelled, Refunded, Denied bets will not count for the rollover. 

5.12. Shark77 Limited is not responsible for any failures or delays that might be caused due to restrictions/problems which the credit card companies may be faced with. The licensee strongly recommends that its customers choose between the e-wallets available on its website, as, in this manner, there is a greater chance that the money transactions are carried out in a more swift and secure manner. 

5.13. In order to process credit card withdrawal requests, we require the following ID documents:

  • Copy of identity card
  • Copy of back and front of your credit card (the 8 middle digits and the CVV numbers should ideally be covered) 
  • Addressed bank account statement or utility bill
  • Additional identity verification documents which we may specifically ask for.

5.14. The player’s choice of payment may have been registered using personal details which are different from those of the Shark77 Limited account holder. In that case, we reserve the right to ask for additional documentation to verify the player’s identity and provided payment method details.

5.15. Shark77 Limited reserves the right to review transaction records and logs whenever it deems this to be necessary. If, consequent to these reviews, it becomes clear or it is suspected that the account is being:

  • Used as a non-recreational play type; or 
  • That players are colluding and thereby distorting the gameplay, or 
  • are in any manner not complying with these terms and conditions,

Shark77 Limited will cancel all withdrawals and all winnings will be revoked. In any case, however, the player will not lose the right to withdraw the amount originally deposited.  In addition, Shark77 Limited reserves the right to suspend such accounts.


6. Inactive, Dormant & Closed Accounts

6.1. Accounts having no recorded activity for a period of 12 months are considered to be inactive. Shark77 Limited reserves the right to charge a monthly € 5 fee once this 12 month period lapses. The player will be notified about this soon-to-be applicable charge during the 11th month so that s/he would have enough time to withdraw the funds and close off the account if s/he indeed wishes to do so.  

6.2. If no transactions have been recorded on a player’s account for thirty months, the account shall be deemed to be dormant. In that case, Shark77 Limited shall do its best to remit the balance in that account to the player. If it does not succeed to do so, it will close the player’s account and funds are used to fund responsible gaming endeavours.

6.3. A player may decide to close his account as per point 3.12 above. Furthermore, he may want to exclude his account as explained in point 7.2 below. Inactive (as defined in point 6.1 above), dormant (as defined in point 6.2 above), closed, and excluded accounts may still carry cashable amounts. In that case, in order to be able to withdraw the amounts, the player is to send an email to the Customer Support Department at [email protected] informing them of their situation. The cashable amounts will, at that point in time, be remitted to the customer. The aforementioned verification process will take place should the cumulative withdrawal from registration to this final withdrawal request exceed € 2,300.  

7. Player Self Protection Mechanisms
7.1. A player may send an email to the Customer Support Department [email protected]  requesting Shark77 Limited to:  
•  set a limit on the amount the player may wager within a specified period of time
•  set a limit on the amount the player may lose within a specified period of time
set a limit on the amount of time the player may play during any one session. 
7.2. We realize that for some customers gambling might become a serious problem. For such customers, we offer a self-exclusion option for a definite or indefinite period of time, as per the customer's request. If you would like to self-exclude yourself, please contact us at [email protected] specifying the terms of your desired exclusion. If you would like to amend the terms of exclusion, a subsequent request needs to be sent to the same email. More restrictive limits requested will be implemented immediately, while less restrictive or revoking of limits will only be put into place after a 7-day cooling period.  
8. Complaints

8.1. Complaints, queries, and difficulties are to be directed to our Customer Support Department on the following email: [email protected].

8.2. The Customer Support Department will do its best to provide the customer with a reply or solution within 48 hours from the customer’s query or complaint. In any case, however, the outcome of the complaint will be communicated within a maximum of ten days from receipt of the complaint. In exceptional circumstances wherein we feel that adequate resolution of the complaint requires further investigation, Shark 77 Limited may extend the timeframe by a further ten days. We shall inform you about this delay within the first ten days of receipt of the complaint. In that case, we will also inform you about the process, and possibly also put forward the necessary requests as deemed necessary.

8.3. If the client believes that his complaint has not been handled satisfactorily and would like to appeal against Shark 77 Limited’s handling of the complaint, he may refer the dispute to the Designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity (also referred to as ‘the ADR’).  Shark 77 Limited has chosen Pardee Consulta as the ADR entity to whom disputes can normally be referred. The ADR will examine the circumstances of the dispute in order to decide the outcome thereof.  The designated ADR entity provides impartial ADR services for disputes that have arisen between players and Shark 77 Limited, as the B2C operator in this case.  The ADR has been authorised by the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority. The MGA’s requirement is that this service is provided free-of-charge to players. In order to avail oneself of this service, the player will need to adhere to the following guidelines: 

  1. the player needs to first ensure that he has tried to resolve the dispute via Shark 77 Limited’s internal complaints procedure (as per section 8.1 above). It is only once this attempt has not been fruitful that the ADR entity will take into consideration any ADR dispute form submitted by a player;  
  2. players may only resort to assistance from the ADR if the dispute is not being or has not been handled by another ADR service provider, regulator, or court. The ADR reserves the right to refuse any submission for review of a dispute if it deems the latter to have been submitted to a third party, or if it considers such request to be frivolous, vexatious, or does not relate to the outcome of a gambling transaction (example, betting result, application of bonus offers, misleading terms and conditions, or account management). It may also refuse to consider the dispute if in doing so, the effective operation of the ADR would have been seriously impaired, or if it feels that either of the parties has attempted to intimidate, threaten or exert undue external pressure on the ADR process. A reply informing the parties that the ADR’s refusal to deal with the dispute will be provided within three weeks of submission of request; 
  3. Once the Designated ADR tackles the dispute, the ADR’s outcome is considered to be a binding decision vis-à-vis both the player and Shark 77 Limited. This therefore means that players may only seek further legal and judicial recourse in regards to matters allowed by applicable law. Such circumstances usually include, for instance, situations where the ADR has acted in a serious manner contrary to the rules of impartiality and equity according to law and such action has thereby prejudiced the player’s rights. It is however being made clear that the procedure before an ADR entity does not restrict the player’s right to bring proceedings against Shark 77Limited in any court of competent jurisdiction;
  4. With the exception of when a claim falls outside the competence of the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal in Malta, Shark 77 Limited may offer the player recourse to a form of non-binding dispute resolution, including mediation. At that stage, the player would also need to be informed of the necessary recourse to obtain a binding decision. For the purposes of clarity, claims of more than € 5,000 fall outside the competence of the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal, as per the Small Claims Tribunal Act, Chapter 380 of the Laws of Malta.
  5. submission of request for assistance from the ADR is to be submitted within one year from the conclusion of Shark 77 Limited’s review of the complaint; 
  6. submissions to the ADR are to take place by means of the online ADR Dispute Form, accessible on the following link: https://www.adrbypardee.eu/online-disputeresolution-form; 
  7. once the matter has been referred to the ADR, Shark 77 Limited will not be replying to any player’s correspondence. Any communication will be channeled through the Designated ADR. 

8.4. Players will only have the right to submit remaining complaints to the MGA by sending an email to [email protected] or submitting their complaint via this form: https://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/. For the purpose of clarity, complaints relate to comments concerning any aspect of the provision of the gaming service by Shark 77 Limited, which the player thinks is unlawful or conducted in a manner which is not safe, fair, or transparent.

9. Bonus Rules
9.1.  The following terms govern the Online Sports and Casino promotions. 
9.2. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these promotions' specific terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail. 
9.3.  When placing a bet during any promotion real money will be used first. 
9.4. Casino Win Big may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of its customers to participate in all or part of any promotion. 
9.5. Players who participate in one promotion cannot enter another promotion of the same type (Sports/Casino) or win any free bets during the promotion period. Players can have only one active Sports/Casino bonus at a time. 
9.5.1. All weekly promotions can be claimed only once per player every week from 00:01 until 23:59 GMT. An exclusion is the Monday bonus, which can be
claimed thrice per player every Monday. 
9.6. In order to claim a free spins bonus a player must enter the respective bonus code when depositing. Free spins are not granted instantly and will be available to eligible players within 48 hours of the bonus code activation. A customer must use all acquired free spins within 7 days of acquisition or otherwise they will expire and will no longer be available. In order to use the free spins granted by Casino WinBig players must launch the game corresponding to the promotion on offer, and click on “Play free spins now”. 
9.7. Casino WinBig may, at its sole discretion, decide to give free spins to its customers as a present. In that case, the customers will be required to perform a minimum deposit equal to the winnings gained as a consequence of the free spins, and to wager the deposit in question 5 times before any withdrawals of winnings are permitted.  
9.8. Bonus Manipulation
9.8.1. Casino bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of: 
Placing bets listed as Restricted Gameplay in the specific promotion’s rules 
Increasing the balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus 
Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus 
9.8.2. Sports bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of: 
Placing bets listed as Restricted Gameplay in the specific promotion’s rules 
Placing bets on opposite outcomes or repetitive bets 
Placing bets on your real + virtual balance more than twice in a row 
Increasing the balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus 
Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus 
9.8.3. In case of bonus manipulation Casino WinBig reserves the right to deduct all winnings accumulated. 
9.8.4. Sports bonus virtual funds can be used for sports betting only. 
9.8.5. Casino bonus virtual funds can be used for casino betting only. 
9.8.6. Virtual Sports bets are not counted towards any Casino/Sport promotions. 
9.10. For each Casino/Sports promotion registration and participation is allowed only once per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, IP address, and shared computer, i.e. Public library or workplace. Bonus will be refused to players who do not comply with this term and multiple accounts will be closed. (Please, refer to General Terms and Conditions – Player Registration & Deregistration Process) We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer and to redeem all bonus and winnings money accumulated by any customer or group of customers at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion. 
9.11. All promotions are subject to change at any time. Casino WinBig reserves the right to change, cancel or refuse bonus at its own discretion. 
9.11.1. Welcome Casino campaigns are limited with a maximum conversion amount of 10 times (10X) the bonus awarded from virtual funds to real money. Casino Reload campaigns are limited with a maximum conversion amount of 5 times (5X) the bonus awarded from virtual funds to real money.
9.12. The Cash-Out option is not available with an active sports bonus 
9.13. Winnings while having an active bonus will be awarded to the virtual amount. 
9.13.1. Should a player decide to leave a campaign early or not meet the rollover requirement in the allotted time frame, their virtual bonus amount will be void. 
9.13.2. Players cannot leave a campaign through the "Leave" bonus feature while having pending sports bets. 
9.13.3. Should a player have pending bets that exceed the expiration period of their promotion, all bets will be voided automatically. 

9.14. Casino WinBig could offer VIP service to certain loyal customers for a certain period of time. VIP membership could be gained only upon official invitation.Casino WinBig has the right to discontinue the VIP service at any time at its sole discretion.

9.15. In-play Information and Scores are for guidance only and may be subject to delays.
